Our machines are accurate to +/- .005″ and deposit a continuous filament of Carbon Fiber inside a resin of combined Nylon and Carbon Fiber – think rebar inside concrete. This extra reinforcement gives parts a tensile strength compared to 6061 Aircraft aluminum that is also 30% lighter.
